She holds a B.A. in Business Management and an MBA in Ethics and Leadership from Mills College, Lorry Lokey School of Business, Oakland, California. Bernadette is certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy from the Beckman Institute, holds a Neurocoach Certification, and is a Unified Mindfulness Coach. Bernadette is also passionate about sharing her insights as an inspirational writer and speaker and finds joy and balance in her life-long practice of yoga and meditation.
